Online shopping and Website errors
We have presented the products on our Website with utmost care leaving no room for any errors. We reserve the rights to amend errors or to update product information at any time without prior notice. The colours and sizes of the products may vary depending upon the device/ screens on which the website has been opened. Therefore, we can not guarantee the accuracy of representation of the products.
Paying for your order
Orders places on the website need to be validated. The process includes address
verification, item in stock verification, price check and fraud check. The customer will be contacted if any error occurs during the verification process
Validated orders placed on the website will be processed within 5 business days.
Shipping is free for all orders over $100. For orders below $100, shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.
To ensure that products are dispatched and are being shipped and for the ease of
tracking the order, our sales team will provide Canada Post Tracking Number for
convenience
You have the right to cancel a confirmed order placed on the website before it is
shipped out. Special Offers, Special Orders, Sale Items, Custom Orders are ‘FINAL SALE’ and can not be cancelled.

Requirements & Exceptions
- • Earrings are FINAL SALE
- • Within thirty (30) business days of Delivery date, please contact Gravity Gem by phone at +1 (825) 250-8282 or by email at [email protected]/ to obtain a ‘Return Merchandise Authorisation’ (RMA).
- • Gravity Gem will authorise an RMA providing the returned product has not been used or worn and is in its original condition including all packaging.
- • Ship the products back within 10 business days once you receive Email Authorisation.
- • Returns will not be processed if we do not receive the products within 10 business days.
If you receive damaged/ broken products contact us at [email protected]/. We will replace products as soon as we could. For damaged/ broken products: Include pictures, videos along with your email showing that the products were damaged/ broken at the time of receiving.
We will send you a RMA email and guide you through the process. Upon receipt of your return, the Quality Assurance Department will ensure that all RMA
conditions have been met for approval. Once we receive the products and RMA conditions have been met, the return will take upto 7-10 business days to process.
Exceptions
• Earrings, Special Offers, Special Orders, Sale Items, Custom Orders are ‘FINAL SALE’ and as such will not qualify for return or exchange/ RMA
• Any item/s found to be not in its original condition upon quality check will not be eligible for an RMA.Customer is responsible for returning shipping charges. For damaged/broken items we will cover the return shipping costs. If you have received damaged/broken items contact us at [email protected]/ we will replace items as soon as possible. For damaged/broken items include pictures, videos with your email showing that you have received damaged items. We will send you a return authorization email and will guide you for the returnprocess. Once we receive your return, it will take us 7-10 business days to process the return.
If you have not properly taken care of the jewelry and it got damaged due to contact with chemicals or getting scratches while working it’s not eligible for return.

Care Instructions To ensure the shine and longevity of the product/s, do as directed below.
- Always store the products in a jewelry box or a jewelry bag.
- Always wipe jewelry with a clean and smooth cloth.
- Avoid direct contact of the products with perfumes and lotions.
- Do not wash or immerse the products in water or any other liquid.
- Remove the products worn when working with the chemicals.
- Remove the products when showering, bathing or swimming.
- Remove the products before doing any physical or heavy activity.
